Role Description
The Senior Site Execution Civil Engineer will oversee the execution and management of on-site civil engineering activities for sports infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include site planning, coordinating with teams, ensuring quality standards, supervising construction activities, and managing resources. The role requires preparation of project schedules, monitoring progress, addressing technical challenges, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and advanced knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in Planning, project scheduling, and resource management
- Experience with Stormwater Management techniques and site drainage planning
- Ability to lead teams of Civil Engineers and supervise on-site activities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Proficiency in industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, MS Project) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
- Field experience in large-scale infrastructure or sports construction projects is a plus
