Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Site Engineer position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of corporate fit-out projects. Responsibilities include supervising on-site construction, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving technical and logistical challenges. The role demands proactive communication with project teams and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with on-site project supervision and coordination
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with teams and clients
- Proficiency in quality control practices to ensure adherence to standards
- Expertise in structural engineering and experience working with civil engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership within construction projects
- Proven experience in managing corporate fit-out projects
