Your Role:
As a Senior Site Engineer / Site Manager, you will take complete ownership of on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end site operations for villa construction projects
- Plan, schedule, and drive project execution to meet timelines
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams effectively
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site challenges
- Ensure strict quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Control material usage, reduce wastage, and manage site costs
- Liaise with authorities for approvals and inspections (if required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E / BTEC or equivalent)
- 2–3 years of experience in villa/residential construction
- Strong leadership and site management expertise
- Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and project planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
