Key Responsibilities- Take complete ownership of project execution from mobilization to final handover
- Review and interpret structural drawings, GFC drawings, PEB GA drawings, and BOQs
- Conduct site surveys, grid marking, centerline alignment, and level verification
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and milestone-based execution schedules
- Execute earthwork, excavation, compaction, grading, and sub-base preparation
- Supervise PCC, RCC, footing, column, beam, slab, and drainage works
- Ensure reinforcement placement as per Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Verify steel grade, bar diameter, lap length, development length (Ld), and spacing
- Ensure proper concrete cover using approved spacers and chairs
- Conduct pre-concreting inspections and reinforcement clearance
- Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, finishing, curing, and cube testing
- Verify anchor bolt alignment, projection height, and pedestal level accuracy
- Supervise PEB column erection, bracing installation, and structural alignment
- Ensure proper HSFG bolt tightening and torque compliance
- Inspect purlins, girts, sag rods, splice plates, and structural connections
- Supervise roof sheeting, flashing, ridge caps, and gutter installation
- Ensure corrosion protection and coating compliance
- Execute base preparation for synthetic and multi-sport courts
- Supervise installation of artificial turf, EPDM, acrylic, PU, and modular tiles
- Ensure slope accuracy, drainage compliance, and surface flatness tolerances
- Oversee fencing works, pole foundations, and sports lighting structures
- Ensure correct anchoring of sports equipment (goals, posts, hoops, nets)
- Maintain Measurement Book (MB) and verify contractor billing
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and milestone tracking reports
- Monitor material planning, reconciliation, and wastage control
- Manage subcontractors, supervisors, and labor teams
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and maintain documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and PPE compliance
- Attend client meetings, consultant inspections, and technical reviews
- Resolve site-level technical challenges independently
- Ensure project delivery within timeline, budget, and quality parameters
- Travel extensively across India for project execution
Qualification & Experience- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 6–10 years of relevant civil project execution experience
- Strong exposure to RCC, PEB structures, and reinforcement works
- Experience in sports infrastructure projects preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation
- Willingness for Pan India travel
