Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Dapoli, Maharashtra. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, manage project execution, coordinate with teams and contractors, and ensure work adheres to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, monitoring project progress, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring compliance with structural engineering specifications and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site project execution and management
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in quality control practices and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Solid foundation in structural engineering and proven capability in civil engineering tasks
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges
- Proficiency in construction related software like AutoCad, Revit or Google Sketchup.
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Relevant certifications and prior experience in large-scale construction projects are advantageous
