We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer who can independently manage construction activities while ensuring superior quality, timely execution, and cost control.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience exclusively in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in luxury residential, villa, apartment, or township projects and possess strong technical, execution, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of residential construction projects.
- Supervise civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and external development works.
- Ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Review construction drawings and identify technical discrepancies before execution.
- Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements for uninterrupted site progress.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, BOQs, work orders, and material reconciliation.
- Track project progress against approved timelines and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company quality procedures.
- Resolve site-level engineering challenges with practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Monitor finishing quality and ensure premium workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, and final completion activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Experience must be with reputed real estate developers, builders, or EPC companies executing residential projects.
- Hands-on experience in luxury villas, gated communities, apartments, or township developments.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and external development works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience in BOQ verification, estimation, billing, and project planning.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and construction safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and construction documentation.
Mandatory Experience
Applicants must satisfy all of the following:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience only in Residential Construction (preferably VILLA Construction).
- Experience in handling projects from excavation to final handover.
- Experience in coordinating multiple contractors and consultants.
- Strong technical and execution background.
Candidates without relevant real estate experience will not be considered.
Preferred Background
Experience with companies such as Prestige, Sobha, Puravankara, Brigade, Assetz, Total Environment, Godrej Properties, Embassy, Salarpuria Sattva, Shriram Properties, or equivalent premium developers will be an added advantage.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum (₹50,000 per month)
