Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer, located in Bardez, Goa. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that all projects adhere to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site workers, enforcing safety protocols, managing on-site resources, and collaborating with other teams to ensure project success. The role requires routine communication with stakeholders and maintaining detailed records of project progress.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in on-site construction management and supervision
- Proficient communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Expertise in quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-standard projects
- In-depth knowledge of structural engineering practices and principles
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or related fields
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and permit processes
- Prior experience in luxury residential or commercial projects is a plus
