Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttar Pradesh, India, for a Senior Site Engineer at MVR INFRAPROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee on-site project execution, ensuring compliance with quality and structural engineering standards. Responsibilities include supervising civil engineering teams, monitoring project progress, managing quality control, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion. The candidate will ensure that construction processes align with company and regulatory guidelines, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in on-site supervision and managing civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of Structural Engineering principles and Quality Control standards
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead Civil Engineering teams with a focus on operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Relevant certifications or licenses in civil or structural engineering
- Ability to adapt to challenging on-site conditions and ensure compliance with safety regulations
