Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer with a B.E in Civil Engineering to manage and oversee site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of construction works as per project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall site execution and supervision of civil works
• Planning daily activities and monitoring progress as per schedule
• Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitoring manpower, materials, and machinery at site
• Resolving technical issues and site-related challenges
• Ensuring compliance with safety norms and company policies
• Supporting billing, measurements, and client coordination
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related field.

Experience
Minimum 8 - 15 years of experience as a site engineer in construction field.
Skills
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools is an added advantage.
