Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Senior Simulation Engineer at Thermistance. The Senior Simulation Engineer will be responsible for performing advanced simulations, analyzing thermal and fluid mechanics systems, and optimizing cooling solutions. Tasks include using simulation software to model and evaluate thermal performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting product development, and generating detailed technical reports. Their work will support the development and improvement of advanced and conventional heat pipe technologies and other thermal management systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Simulation software tools and conducting complex simulations
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and principles of Fluid Mechanics
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate results and optimize performance
- Background in thermal management technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across technical teams

M.Tech / PhD in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Thermal Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Computational Engineering
Experience:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in simulation and modeling.
- Experience in thermal management or electronics cooling is highly preferred.
