Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Simulation Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and optimizing simulation models to analyze and enhance product performance, conducting in-depth simulations for predictive analyses, and validating models with experimental or user data. The Senior Simulation Engineer will actively collaborate with product design and engineering teams, contribute to improving simulation processes, and ensure project deliverables are met on time while maintaining quality. Regularly analyzing and documenting results to provide actionable insights is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in simulation tools and techniques like MATLAB, Simulink, or ANSYS
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar for custom simulation scripts
- Strong understanding of physics-based modeling, dynamic systems, and optimization
- Familiarity with working on sustainability projects or energy-efficient solutions
- Solid knowledge of product development life cycles and engineering principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role or in industries like Energy, IoT, or AI applications is a plus
