Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Simulation Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Simulation Engineer will be responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing complex simulation models for various applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for system improvements, and ensure alignment with client requirements. Additional responsibilities include creating detailed technical documentation, troubleshooting simulation discrepancies, and staying current with emerging simulation techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar, with experience in model development and optimization
- Strong understanding of physics-based modeling, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and multibody dynamics
- Experience in data analysis, result interpretation, and report generation
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar for simulation automation and scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex engineering challenges
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team interactions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Experience in industries such as energy, automotive, aeronautics, or related domains is a plus
