Mishri Adhesive Tech is expanding its manufacturing operations and is looking for a highly experienced Sealant Formulation & Manufacturing Expert to lead product development, process setup, and production.

- REACH-Compliant Silicone Sealant
- Fire-Resistant / Fire-Retardant Silicone Sealant
- Silicone Sealant for Automotive Windshield Bonding (Cars & Buses)
- Silicone Sealant for Bus Body Bonding
- Silicone Sealant for Building Expansion Joints
- MS Polymer-Based Sealants
- Industrial RTV Silicone Sealants
- High-Temperature Neutral Cure Silicone Sealants
- Two-Component Silicone Sealants
- Paintable Sealants
- Non-Bleeding Weatherproof Silicone Sealants
- Insulating Glass (IG) Silicone Sealants
- Nail-Free Adhesive / Mirror Fix Adhesive
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or M.Sc./Ph.D. in Polymer Science/Chemistry
- 10+ years of experience in sealant and adhesive formulation and manufacturing
- Strong expertise in RTV silicone, polyurethane, acrylic, and MS polymer technologies
- Experience in product formulation, process development, plant setup, quality control, and production scale-up
- Knowledge of international standards such as RoHS, REACH, and relevant ASTM/ISO testing methods is preferred
