We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design and build a next-generation integration between Siebel CRM and the Microsoft ecosystem. Currently, our integrations are based on legacy systems such as SSSE (Siebel Server Synchronization Exchange) and CRM Desktop, which rely on Exchange Web Services (EWS) and desktop based installations. The goal of this role is to modernize these integrations by developing a unified, scalable Outlook Addin using Microsoft Graph API, while also enabling integration with Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a modern Outlook Addin (Office.js) to replace legacy systems
Build integrations between Siebel CRM and Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API
Migrate and modernize existing EWSbased (SSSE) integrations
Replace CRM Desktop (Windowsbased plugin) with a cloudbased solution
Implement synchronization for:
Emails
Calendar
Contacts
Tasks
Enable seamless association of Outlook emails with Siebel CRM objects
Integrate Microsoft Teams for enhanced collaboration use cases
Design scalable and secure architecture for enterprise-grade usage
Implement authentication using OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD (Entra ID)
Handle data mapping, sync conflicts, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot issues related to synchronization and integration flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in software development / integration roles
Strong handson experience with Microsoft Graph API
Experience in building Outlook Addins (Office.js)
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
Experience with OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD (Entra ID)
Understanding of Microsoft Exchange / Outlook / O365 ecosystem
Experience working on enterprise integration projects
Preferred Skills
Experience with Siebel CRM
Exposure to SSSE (Siebel Server Sync Exchange)
Experience with Exchange Web Services (EWS)
Background in desktop-based CRM tools (CRM Desktop)
Experience integrating with Microsoft Teams
Exposure to legacy system modernization projects
Qualifications
Ability to translate legacy systems into modern architecture
Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Experience designing scalable, cloud-based solutions
Product mindset with focus on usability and performance
Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end ownership
Other Details
Key Objective of the Role: To build a unified Outlook Addin that replaces SSSE and CRM Desktop, leveraging Microsoft Graph API to deliver a modern, scalable, and seamless integration between Siebel CRM and Microsoft 365 (including Teams).
