About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to design and build a next-generation integration between Siebel CRM and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
The current setup relies on legacy tools like SSSE (Siebel Server Sync Exchange) and CRM Desktop, which depend on Exchange Web Services (EWS) and desktop-based installations.
This role focuses on modernizing these integrations by developing a scalable Outlook Add-in using Microsoft Graph API, while also enabling Microsoft Teams integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a modern Outlook Add-in using Office.js
- Build integrations between Siebel CRM and Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API
- Modernize and migrate EWS-based (SSSE) integrations
- Replace CRM Desktop with a cloud-based solution
- Implement synchronization for:
- Emails
- Calendar
- Contacts
- Tasks
- Enable seamless association of Outlook emails with Siebel CRM records
- Integrate Microsoft Teams for collaboration use cases
- Design secure, scalable enterprise architecture
- Implement authentication using OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Handle data mapping, sync conflicts, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration & synchronization issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business)
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 6+ years of experience in software development / integration
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Experience in building Outlook Add-ins (Office.js)
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Strong understanding of REST APIs & system integrations
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange / Outlook / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience in enterprise-level integration projects
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
- Experience with Siebel CRM
- Exposure to SSSE (Siebel Server Sync Exchange)
- Experience with Exchange Web Services (EWS)
- Background in CRM Desktop (Windows-based tools)
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Teams
- Experience in legacy system modernization
