We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Magento and Shopify to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer passionate about creating seamless, scalable, and secure eCommerce solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customisation, and optimisation of Shopify and Magento stores, as well as building bespoke apps and extensions. You will work closely with our design, UX, and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify & Magento websites ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Build custom Shopify apps and Magento extensions, integrating third-party APIs where necessary.
• Work on both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless functionality and an optimised user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Shopify & Magento solutions.
• Optimise site performance including speed improvements and best SEO practices.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver innovative eCommerce solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest eCommerce technologies, trends, and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of Magento and Shopify projects.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid (for Shopify).
• Experience with Magento 2 development, including theme and module development.
• Expertise in Shopify app development (public and private apps) using Shopify’s API.
• Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of database management, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, CRM, ERP, and marketing tools.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
