Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mohali district for a Senior Shopify Developer. The Senior Shopify Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Shopify stores, integrating third-party apps and custom functionalities, optimizing website performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and staying updated with the latest Shopify trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ extensive experience in Shopify development, Shopify Liquid framework, and theme customization
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, including Shopify APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, version control systems (like Git), Shopify CLI, and Theme Kit and SEO principles
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Mohali district
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce or the pet wellness industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools is beneficial
