Brightness Group is looking for experienced mid to senior level Shopify developers with impeccable programming skills in Shopify, PHP, and JS along with an impressive aesthetics. The ideal candidates for this job are candidates with a strong understanding of the industry trends, different content management systems, and the entire web development process that also involves knowledge of design, development, and deployment.
This position is not for someone interested in making simple modifications to a shopify theme or changing button colors, but serious programmers who can solve real business problems. This opening is for those developers who are passionate about adding value and giving our customers a delightful experience through technical competence. We are hiring skilled Shopify developers who are well versed in Shopify Custom theme and application.
Key Responsibilities
• Expert level understanding of Shopify's code structure (Themes, Apps development and their Integrations, etc.)
• Hands-on experience of Shopify product, collection, order, customer API
• Hands-on experience of Shopify Customization, Shopify 3rd party app integration, Shopify theme integration
• Should be well acquainted with the process of app and themes submission on Shopify.
• Worked on a minimum of 2 full App development cycles from scratch to listing of an app on the Shopify App Store
• Experience generating custom tailored Shopify theme and altering pre- existing templates
• Proficient with Shopify liquid, jQuery, CSS, HTML
• Should be well acquainted with the coding standards of Shopify while developing Apps, emes, or any feature integration
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools GIT/ SVN
• Strong in-person and client communication skills
• Ability to handle projects independently
• Knowledge in other eCommerce platforms like Magento, Woocommerce, BigCommerce is a BIG plus
