We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise solutions built on Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, and modern Microsoft collaboration technologies, with the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on SharePoint Online / SharePoint On-Premise
• Build custom applications, web parts, and extensions using SPFx
• Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate
• Create apps and forms using Power Apps
• Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and content types
• Develop integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and Microsoft services
• Perform SharePoint migrations and modernization activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimization
• Implement security, governance, and best practices across M365 environments
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and project managers for requirement gathering
• Mentor junior developers and review code quality
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides
Required Skills
• Strong experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server
• Hands-on expertise in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Purview basics)
• Experience in REST APIs, CSOM, PnP Framework, Graph API
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions, search, metadata, and governance
• SQL / Azure basics preferred
• Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills
• Good communication and stakeholder handling skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in intranet portals, document management systems, approval workflows
• Exposure to Azure Functions / Logic Apps / .NET APIs
• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint / Power Platform / Azure
• Experience working in Agile projects
