WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT SUPERSTAR!!!!!!!Luther Park at Sandpoint Assisted Living is seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Transportation Driver / Marketing Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This unique dual-role position supports our residents by providing safe, reliable transportation while also assisting with community outreach and marketing initiatives that highlight the vibrant lifestyle and services our assisted living community offers.
The individual in this role plays an important part in enhancing residents’ quality of life by ensuring they can safely attend appointments, activities, and outings. In addition, the position contributes to strengthening Luther Park’s presence within the Sandpoint community by supporting marketing efforts, building local relationships, and helping promote the exceptional care and environment our residents enjoy.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and meet assisted living employment requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Organized and detail-oriented

Basic computer skills (email, social media, Microsoft Office)

Ability to assist residents with mobility as needed
Summary
Transportation Duties
-
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, shopping trips, and scheduled activities

Assist residents in and out of vehicle as needed, ensuring comfort and safety
-
Maintain transportation schedules and ensure timely arrivals

Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed

Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols

Maintain accurate transportation logs
Marketing & Administrative Support

Assist with community outreach efforts and events
-
Deliver marketing materials to referral partners and local businesses
-
Support planning and hosting of tours, open houses, and special events
-
Help maintain social media presence and community marketing materials
-
Build positive relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
-
Provide occasional administrative support to leadership
