We are seeking Senior ServiceNow QA Testers with strong expertise in ServiceNow testing, specializing in ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Service Catalog, workflows, and integrations for our healthcare client in the US. .
Remote - prefer Hyderabad and Bangalore
Immediate joiners only - available in 2 weeks.
Must have proven experience in functional, regression, integration, UAT, API, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow testing experience
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Workflow testing
- Expertise in Test Management tools (JIRA, Zephyr)
- Strong SQL and database validation skills
- API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or REST Assured
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, business rules, and notifications
- Excellent defect analysis and root cause investigation skills
Preferred Skills
- Selenium/TestNG automation experience
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Performance testing knowledge
- Salesforce testing knowledge
