- Strong experience with JavaScript / GlideScript
- Experience managing large enterprise ServiceNow environments
- Experience with schema management and core table maintenance
- Ability to work in global support model / shift rotations
🧾 Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise ServiceNow platform.
This role focuses on:
- Building reusable platform components
- Optimizing platform infrastructure
- Enabling developer productivity
- Ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence
🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Governance & Infrastructure
- Manage lifecycle of multiple ServiceNow instances (Prod, Non-Prod, Dev)
- Perform instance cloning, patching, and major upgrades
- Maintain platform stability and version alignment
Infrastructure Automation
- Develop automation scripts for platform provisioning
- Implement CI/CD processes for ServiceNow deployments
Integration & Scalability
- Design and troubleshoot integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- MID Servers
- Implement monitoring, SLA, and QoS metrics
Security & Compliance
- Implement:
- Identity & access management
- ACL configuration
- Data encryption
- Disaster recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards
Developer Enablement
- Build reusable platform configurations
- Provide standardized solutions to improve developer productivity
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Enterprise Architects
- Business Stakeholders
- Development Teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Experience creating architecture documentation and operational playbooks
