Job Title: Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer

Location: Noida / Pune / Bangalore — Work from Office 3 days per week

Salary: 12-14 LPA
Work Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Availability: Within 10-15 days
Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer to lead Integrated Risk Management implementations for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow IRM and the ability to lead a team of developers through end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities: → Lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementation for enterprise clients → Drive architecture, design and configuration of IRM modules → Guide and mentor junior IRM developers through implementation → Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and translate requirements → Ensure quality delivery within defined timelines → Work 3 days per week from client office as required
Mandatory Requirements: → 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience → Active CSA — Certified System Administrator — mandatory → CIS-IRM — Certified Implementation Specialist Integrated Risk Management — mandatory → Hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow IRM — non-negotiable → Strong communication skills — client facing role → Available to join within 10-15 days → Comfortable with 1PM-10PM IST working hours
Good to Have: → Experience with GRC modules → Prior consulting or implementation partner experience → Exposure to enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
