Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow HRSD Dashboard, Reporting & Insights Specialist with 8–11 years of experience to drive business intelligence and people analytics within the HCM domain. In this role, you will leverage the ServiceNow HRSD platform to design powerful dashboards, reports, and analytical insights that support strategic HR decision-making and enhance workforce management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced ServiceNow HRSD dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for HR insights.
- Build meaningful visualizations and data models to support HR analytics and workforce decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of HR data structures, workforce metrics, and HCM best practices.
- Utilize Excel and advanced analytics tools to analyze data and create compelling data-driven narratives.
- Leverage ServiceNow Community resources and industry best practices to optimize reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership teams to align insights with business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and relevance through strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations and reporting enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, IT, or related fields preferred).
- 8 – 11 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD reporting and dashboards.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, influence, and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Reporting, Performance Analytics, and Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and workforce metrics such as attrition, diversity, engagement, and productivity.
- Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Community resources and platform best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems such as Workday or SAP.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
