Senior ServiceNow HAM Developer | Remote
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HAM Developer to support hardware asset lifecycle automation and platform development within a global enterprise environment.
In this role, you will design and implement automation across the hardware asset lifecycle, develop scoped applications, and support integrations across vendor and enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-domain teams to improve data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency within the ServiceNow platform.
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 8 months + extensions
Key Responsibilities
• Develop automation for hardware asset lifecycle management (HAM Pro)
• Build and enhance scoped applications in ServiceNow
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub
• Improve asset data integrity, lifecycle tracking, and compliance
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure best practices
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to deliver scalable solutions
Key Requirements
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro / ITAM
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
Nice to Have
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP or SAP Ariba
• Experience managing upgrades or clone strategies in ServiceNow
