Job title: Senior Servicenow developer

Job Requirements*
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on ITSM.
Proven experience with Virtual Agent, NLU, Automations, and IntegrationHub.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and best practices.
Hands-on experience with system integrations using APIs and secure authentication methods (OAuth2, Basic Auth, etc.).
Familiarity with CMDB and Service Mapping is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Key Responsibilities*
Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions across core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.).
Develop and enhance Virtual Agent use cases using NLU, topic designer, and conversational flows.
Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and mid-server architecture.
Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and implement robust solutions.
Collaborate with platform architects and product owners to ensure alignment with platform strategy and governance.
Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices through peer reviews and documentation.
