Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). You will design, develop, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs, including configuring workflows, implementing integrations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support platform enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Development, and Programming
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with ServiceNow development and customization, particularly in GRC/IRM modules
- Familiarity with industry best practices for platform design, deployment, and security
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote settings with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field
- ServiceNow certifications or experience with other ITSM platforms is a plus
