Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead solution design, development, and support. You’ll act as a ServiceNow SME, work closely with stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high‑quality implementations.
8+ years total into ServiceNow
5+ Years relevant to ServiceNow Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
- Serve as ServiceNow SME and mentor team members
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions in line with governance
- Integrate ServiceNow with legacy and third‑party systems
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop custom applications, workflows, portals, and integrations
- Define and execute testing, QA, audits, and documentation
- Deliver user training and support on-call rotations
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, health & safety policies
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITAM (ITOM, HRSD, FSM a plus)
- Expertise in JavaScript, Jelly, Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS)
- Experience with Workflow Studio, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP
- Agile/Scrum experience and strong documentation skills
- ServiceNow & ITIL certifications preferred
