Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, for a Senior ServiceNow Developer. In this role, the developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise to ensure the delivery of scalable and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- A strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
- Proven expertise in Back-End Web Development
- Advanced skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with building scalable solutions on enterprise platforms, especially ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in ServiceNow preferred
