We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. If you have strong expertise in ITSM, Custom Applications, and ITAM, we’d love to connect with you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead development across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- Build and maintain Custom Applications and workflows
- Implement and optimize ITAM (IT Asset Management) processes
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow scripting
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams to deliver solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices
✅ Required Skills:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM modules and platform customization
- Hands-on experience with Custom App development and ITAM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Script Includes
- Experience with integrations and API development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
