Role: ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules and integrations. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM development. This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes to deliver scalable and optimized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge modules.
• Build and customize workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and SLA management.
• Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and maintain CMDB/CSDM data integrity.
• Perform debugging, performance optimization, and end-to-end development for ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance to junior developers.
Requirements
• Mandatory 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITSM development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, SLA.
• Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB/CSDM basics.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and end-to-end development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates currently working on latest ServiceNow version.
