Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Visa Disputes. The developer will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, optimizing workflow processes, and implementing features and integrations tailored to the specific needs of the financial services domain. Day-to-day work involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business challenges, leveraging programming and back-end development skills, adhering to best practices in object-oriented programming, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and familiarity with Software Development processes
- Strong technical foundation in Computer Science and Programming
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development, especially in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Visa Disputes modules
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver targeted, efficient solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborating in cross-functional, remote teams is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
