Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. The candidate will participate in analyzing client requirements, programming for ServiceNow modules, and optimizing the performance of ServiceNow applications. They will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs while providing technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, specifically in CSM solutions, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a remote working environment.
- ServiceNow certification(s) or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
