Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Service Technician. The Senior Service Technician will oversee the maintenance and repair of EVs, perform diagnostic troubleshooting, and handle field service tasks. The role includes working closely with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring vehicles are restored to optimal performance. The technician will also provide guidance to junior staff and ensure standard operating procedures are followed during servicing and repair.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, ensuring vehicles are serviced to the highest standards
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently
- Experience in Field Service operations and the ability to address on-site challenges
- Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service to build trust and maintain customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and industry-specific tools and technology
- Ability to mentor and train junior technicians
- Relevant technical education or certification in automotive or EV maintenance
- Prior experience in a similar role within the EV or automotive industry is an advantage
