Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Service Engineer / Assistant Manager located in Delhi, India. Key responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices and surgical technology. The role also involves providing technical support to customers, training healthcare professionals on the use of medical equipment, and maintaining detailed service records. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical devices and surgical equipment
- Experience in customer support and training professionals in the use of medical technology
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and report writing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address technical issues
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
- Relevant experience in medical technology or healthcare equipment will be an advantage
