Role Description
The Senior Service Delivery Manager is a full-time role based in Canada. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services in line with client expectations and organizational goals. Qualifications

- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage service delivery teams and foster collaboration across departments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and the ability to maintain adherence to SLAs and operational benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) are an advantage.
