Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned Service Account Manager to be deployed on-site at our client locations in Mumbai.Responsibilities include managing client accounts to ensure superior customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. The role involves building strong client relationships, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
The Senior Service Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and contribute to sales and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, with a proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to address client needs, resolve concerns, and maintain a high standard of service.
- Experience and expertise in Sales, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and driving client engagement.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). MBA - General Business Management.
- Prior experience in enterprise technology or SaaS industries would be advantageous.
Roles & Responsiblities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for multiple enterprise clients, managing relationships end-to-end from onboarding through ongoing service delivery.
- Understand each client's business landscape, pain points, and strategic objectives to proactively identify opportunities for value creation.
- Coordinate across internal teams — development, QA, support, and project management — to ensure timely and quality delivery of ERP and software solutions.
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client needs.
- Own escalation management, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining client confidence.
- Provide regular reporting, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders and internal leadership.
We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the IT/software services industry.
- Proven track record in client handling, account management, or service delivery management across multiple accounts.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations, software development lifecycles, and enterprise technology projects.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a consulting capacity is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently at client sites and represent Mobilise App Lab Limited with professionalism and ownership.
