About the Role
Website Pandas is hiring a Senior SEO Specialist / Senior SEO Executive for our Noida office.
This role is for someone who has already managed SEO accounts hands-on and can independently understand a website, identify what needs to be fixed, explain why it matters, and execute without constant follow-up.
We are not looking for a checklist-only SEO person. We need someone who can think clearly, understand client requirements, review content properly, analyze performance, and take ownership of execution.
The ideal candidate should have experience working on multiple SEO projects, preferably for U.S.-based clients, and should be comfortable working with content writers, developers, account managers, and internal leadership.
What You Will Own
SEO Planning & Execution
- Conduct keyword research based on search intent, business relevance, competition, and conversion opportunity.
- Create and update SEO plans for service pages, location pages, blogs, landing pages, and existing website content.
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text, URL structure, schema recommendations, and on-page content.
- Identify content gaps, page improvement opportunities, and keyword targeting issues.
Technical SEO Review
- Review websites for crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonical tags, duplicate content, broken links, sitemap issues, robots.txt issues, page speed, structured data, and basic site architecture problems.
- Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms to identify and validate SEO issues.
- Coordinate with developers and clearly explain what needs to be fixed, why it matters, and how to verify the fix.
Content & Quality Review
- Review content before it goes live to ensure it matches search intent, has proper structure, uses keywords naturally, and provides real value to the target audience.
- Create content briefs and outlines for writers.
- Improve existing content for rankings, clarity, topical coverage, and conversion relevance.
- Flag weak, duplicate, thin, generic, or AI-style content when needed.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track organic traffic, impressions, clicks, rankings, conversions, and visibility trends.
- Prepare SEO updates that explain what changed, why it changed, and what should be done next.
- Review Google Search Console, GA4, keyword ranking tools, and crawl reports to identify real opportunities.
- Avoid basic copy-paste reporting. We expect actual insights and recommendations.
Ownership & Team Coordination
- Manage assigned SEO tasks and timelines without needing repeated reminders.
- Maintain task trackers and ensure work is completed on time.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams.
- Ask the right questions when something is unclear instead of making assumptions.
- Review your own work before sending it forward.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Experience managing multiple SEO accounts or websites.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content SEO, local SEO, and SEO reporting.
- Experience working on U.S.-based SEO projects is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Ability to review content, website pages, SEO performance, and technical issues independently.
- Strong written comprehension and communication skills.
- Comfortable working full-time from our Noida office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
Good to Have
- WordPress SEO experience.
- Schema markup knowledge.
- Experience creating SEO content briefs.
- Experience coordinating with writers and developers.
- Basic understanding of CRO and landing page structure.

This Role Is Not for You If
- You only follow SEO checklists without understanding the business goal.

- You need constant reminders to complete assigned work.
- You have only worked on backlinks or off-page SEO and do not understand on-page or technical SEO.
