We're hiring a Senior SEO & Performance Marketing Associate to join our team in Hyderabad.
This role is for someone who has spent the last 3 to 4 years working hands on with SEO and paid campaigns, understands how search is evolving, and can connect marketing efforts to qualified pipeline.
What you'll work on
- SEO strategy, technical SEO, on page optimization, content planning, and search performance
- AEO, GEO, AI driven search trends, and their impact on organic visibility
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Campaign analysis with a focus on lead quality, conversion, and ROI
- Working alongside content, design, and growth teams across multiple B2B client accounts
What we're looking for
- 3 to 4 years of hands on experience in SEO and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and modern search practices
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Ability to explain campaign decisions using data and business outcomes
- Previous marketing agency experience is preferred
