Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale our organic growth engine. This role requires strong hands-on experience in managing SEO strategies across North American markets (USA/Canada) and driving measurable growth in traffic and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the overall SEO strategy and roadmap
- Drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and revenue growth
- Lead content strategy, planning, and optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits and improve site health (crawlability, indexing, performance)
- Build and execute backlink and authority-building strategies
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–10+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth
- Proven experience scaling organic traffic for eCommerce or consumer brands
- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience managing SEO campaigns for North American markets (mandatory)
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in health, wellness, or supplements industry
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO and emerging search trends
- Understanding of CRO, UX, and experimentation
