Senior SEO Manager – Organic Growth & Search Strategy (UK B2B)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 8–12 years
As part of a major global expansion, we are building a specialist digital marketing capability in our Bangalore technology centre to support multiple UK B2B clients. We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager who wants to play a central role in shaping and scaling our organic search strategy.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and commercially focused SEO specialist who understands how to drive search visibility, organic growth and high-quality lead generation in competitive markets.
The role requires someone hands-on, ambitious and aggressive about growth, capable of identifying search opportunities and executing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Lead the SEO strategy for UK B2B websites, focusing on search visibility, traffic growth and lead generation.
Drive technical SEO improvements, including site audits, indexing, site performance and structured optimisation.
Conduct advanced keyword research and search opportunity analysis.
Work closely with content and marketing teams to improve on-page SEO and content performance.
Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions, continuously optimising organic growth strategy.
Build processes and frameworks to support scalable SEO performance across multiple clients.
Requirements
8–12 years’ experience in SEO and organic search strategy.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation and search performance analysis.
Experience working on B2B websites and lead generation strategies.
Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar platforms.
Experience working with UK or international markets is highly advantageous.
