MarketInc is looking for an experienced Senior SEO professional who understands strategy, execution, and results. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond basics and is confident handling end-to-end SEO campaigns, mentoring juniors, and working closely with content, design, and development teams. Role Overview
As a Senior SEO Executive, you’ll lead SEO initiatives for multiple service-based clients, drive organic growth, and contribute to building scalable SEO systems within the agency. You’ll also play a key role in improving internal processes and guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & technical)
- Conduct advanced keyword research for service-based and location-based pages
- Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and coordinate fixes
- Handle link-building strategies, including paid guest posting and outreach
- Work closely with content writers to ensure SEO-aligned content execution
- Collaborate with UI/UX and web development teams for SEO-friendly builds
- Track performance using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for internal review
- Guide and support junior SEO executives/interns
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 1.5–4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong experience with service-based businesses (clinics, law firms, local services, etc.)
- Solid understanding of service pages, location pages & multi-location SEO
- Proven expertise in technical SEO & backlink acquisition
- Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console & Analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
