Role Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹40,000 to₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 3 to 4 years hands-on SEO
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical SEO end-to-end
- Optimise for AI Overviews, featured snippets, and People Also Ask. Structure content so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini cite us
- Build and execute keyword and content strategies aligned with B2B search intent
- Brief content writers, review output, develop topical authority across service and location pages
- Drive measurable keyword ranking improvements with documented optimisation strategies and clear before/after reporting
- Grow domain authority through strategic link building
- Track, analyse, and report SEO / AEO performance monthly using Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 - tied to business KPIs, not just traffic metrics
- Lead international SEO for European & other markets
What You Must Bring
- Hands on SEO experience with demonstrated ranking improvements - can share specific examples
- Awareness of AEO, GEO, and LLM optimisation - you follow where search is heading
- Proficiency in Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4 & other tools
- Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and B2B search behaviour - long consideration cycles, lead attribution, multi-stakeholder buyer journeys
- Basic HTML knowledge - enough to identify implementation errors and brief developers with precision
- Structured problem-solving approach and attention to detail in analysis and reporting
