Senior SEO Analyst (WordPress Plugins & Shopify Apps)
Location: Coimbatore (Work from office)
Job Type: Full-time
We’re not looking for someone who just “does SEO.”
We’re looking for someone who understands how search is evolving with AI and knows how to grow SaaS products in that shift.
At Cartrabbit, we build products for eCommerce brands across Shopify and WordPress ecosystems. We need an SEO specialist who has already driven measurable growth for plugins, apps, or SaaS products someone who thinks beyond rankings and focuses on visibility, discovery, conversions, and scalable acquisition.
If you’ve scaled organic traffic, improved installs/signups, built SEO systems that actually generated revenue, and understand how AI is changing search behavior, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
You’ll lead organic growth across our SaaS products with a strong focus on:
• Organic acquisition
• AI search visibility
• Conversion-focused SEO
• Scalable content systems
• Product-led growth through search
This role is for someone who has:
• Ranked competitive SaaS/product-intent keywords
• Scaled WordPress plugins or Shopify apps through SEO
• Used AI tools to improve workflows, research, content, and optimization
• Worked on SEO strategies tied to installs, signups and revenue not vanity metrics
What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and execute SEO strategies focused on growth, installs, and conversions
• Scale visibility for Shopify apps and WordPress plugins across both traditional and AI-driven search experiences
• Identify ranking opportunities across transactional, integration, feature, and problem-intent keywords
• Improve organic performance through technical SEO, internal linking, structured data, and content optimization
• Create scalable SEO systems using AI tools for research, clustering, optimization, and workflow efficiency
• Optimize content for evolving search behavior including AI Overviews and intent-based discovery
• Work closely with product, content, and dev teams to execute fast-moving growth experiments
• Analyze competitors, SERP shifts, and AI search trends to identify growth opportunities
• Improve conversion journeys from traffic to signup/install
• Monitor SEO performance with a strong focus on business impact, not just rankings
What We’re Looking For
• 3 to 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven growth results
• Strong experience scaling SaaS products, WordPress plugins, or Shopify apps
• You can clearly explain the impact your SEO work created traffic growth, installs, signups, revenue, rankings, or retention
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, topical authority, and search intent
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your SEO workflow
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Hotjar, and modern SEO stacks
• Ability to think strategically while also executing independently
• Strong analytical mindset, you work with data, experiments, and outcomes
Bonus Points If
• You’ve worked on app ecosystem SEO (Shopify App Store / WordPress Plugin ecosystem)
• You understand AI search behavior and emerging SEO trends
• You’ve built scalable content engines or programmatic SEO workflows
• You’ve worked closely with product-led growth teams
