Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO/SEM Specialist (L3/L4) who will be responsible for driving organic and paid search strategies, managing end-to-end SEM campaigns, mentoring junior team members, and aligning search initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Lead and mentor junior SEO/SEM team members and encourage best practices.
• Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Oversee technical SEO implementation in coordination with development teams.
• Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives through data-backed strategies.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics tools to improve campaign ROI.
• Monitor budgets and ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices.
• Prepare high-level performance reports and present strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Manage guest blogging initiatives and external partnerships to enhance domain authority.
• Stay updated with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and new SEO/SEM tools.
Must-Have Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience with proven results.
• Strong expertise in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and other SEO audit tools.
• Proven experience in managing organic and paid campaigns across search engines and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Omniture, NetInsight, WebTrends, or similar tools.
• Experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing for performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of SEO-driven content strategy and optimization.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO implementation.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BS/BCom/MCom/BE/MSc) with Digital Marketing certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of evolving SEO/SEM trends and algorithm updates.
