Senior SEO & AI Search Specialist (Agency Experience Mandatory)
Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with strong agency experience who understands both traditional SEO and emerging AI Search (LLM/Generative Search).
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling clients directly, driving strategy, and executing high-impact SEO campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning
- Drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
2. AI SEO / LLM Optimization
- Optimize content for AI-driven search platforms (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
- Work on entity-based SEO, structured data, and topical authority
- Implement strategies for visibility in AI-generated answers
3. Client Communication (Very Important)
- Handle client calls, reporting, and strategy discussions
- Present performance reports with insights (not just data)
- Manage expectations and suggest growth opportunities
4. Team Collaboration
- Work with content, performance marketing, and tech teams
- Guide junior SEO team members when required
Must-Have Requirements:- 4+ years of SEO experience (Agency experience mandatory)
- Strong understanding of:
- On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
- Tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, GA4
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of:
- AI Search / Generative SEO / LLM Optimization
- Excellent client communication & presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
