Gubba Cold Storage Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Seed R&D Audit Officer to strengthen our Research & Development compliance and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual R&D audit plans
- Conduct audits for MLT Trials, Biotechnology Lab, and Seed Quality Lab
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Monitor CAPA implementation and audit closures
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain documentation
- Support ISO/IEC 17025:2017 internal and external audits
- Train teams on compliance and quality standards
- Identify operational risks and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of audit and compliance systems
- Experience in Seed R&D / Agriculture / Laboratory operations
- Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Agriculture / Seed Technology / Biotechnology or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in R&D, Quality Assurance, or Audit functions in Seed/Agri industry.
- Strong knowledge of trial protocols, seed systems, and lab compliance.
- Experience with NABL / ISO standards is preferred.
