Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Security & Performance Testing Lead. Responsibilities include leading and managing security testing initiatives, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards, performing penetration testing, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and implementing effective preventive measures. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of network, information systems, and physical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security best practices
- Expertise in Network Security protocols and frameworks
- Familiarity with Physical Security measures and protocols
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration and documentation
- Proven ability to lead teams and independently manage security-related projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus
