Senior Security Architect

As a Senior Security Architect, you are the "Master Planner" of our security ecosystem. You bridge the gap between rigorous PCI DSS v4.0 requirements and high-velocity engineering. Working within our 1-2-2 structure, you are a power-user and owner of the Sprinto GRC platform, ensuring our technical architecture is continuously mapped to our compliance obligations. You will also be the primary architect for our GCP SCC SIEM/SOAR implementation, creating the logic that allows our systems to detect and respond to threats automatically.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Architectural Design Authority: Create and maintain secure patterns for GKE. Design "Golden Paths" for developers that include Workload Identity and automated Terraform guardrails.

• SIEM/SOAR Engineering (GCP SCC): Design the log aggregation, correlation, and alerting logic within GCP Security Command Center. Architect the "Orchestration Blueprints" (SOAR) that automate response workflows and supplement CrowdStrike MDR.

• Continuous Compliance Ownership: Take primary responsibility for the ongoing maintenance of the Sprinto GRC platform, mapping new technical controls to regulatory requirements.

• Identity & Zero-Trust Design: Design the technical transition to Just-In-Time (JIT) access via Ploy and refine our Twingate (ZTNA) architecture.

• Resilience & High Availability: Lead the technical design for the DRP improvement project, architecting cross-region failover strategies and immutable backup patterns.

• Design Efficacy: Zero critical vulnerabilities in production resulting from missing architectural guardrails.

• SIEM/SOAR Accuracy: Reduction in "False Positive" alerts through fine-tuning of GCP SCC logic and correlation rules.

• GRC Platform Health: 100% accuracy of technical evidence mapped in Sprinto for assigned domains.

Skills you will have fine-tuned:

• Experience: 8+ years in Security Architecture or Senior Engineering, specifically in high-volume SaaS or Fintech.

• SIEM/SOAR Expertise: Required hands-on experience designing workflows and log ingestion within GCP Security Command Center (SCC) or similar modern SIEM platforms.

• Cloud Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of GCP/GKE and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).

• Identity & Zero Trust: Deep understanding of Identity-Centric security models and ZTNA (Twingate/JumpCloud experience is a plus).

• Compliance Engineering: Ability to translate technical evidence into auditor-friendly documentation within a GRC platform (Sprinto preferred).

• Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
