Role Description
This is a full-time, role based in Canada for a Senior Scrum Master. The Senior Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes for software development teams, ensure the efficient execution of sprints, and guide teams in delivering high-quality, user-focused products. Responsibilities include managing sprint planning, defining clear user stories, removing impediments, and ensuring successful team collaboration. Additionally, the Senior Scrum Master will play a key role in fostering an Agile mindset and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and User Stories creation to enhance project execution.
- Strong Analytical Skills to solve complex problems and evaluate technical and strategic opportunities.
- Exceptional Communication skills to lead effective collaboration and ensure clarity across teams.
- Experience in Software Development and working with technical teams in Agile environments.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Ability to serve as a coach and mentor to teams, promoting Agile principles and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP preferred.
- Proven track record in delivering high-impact projects and leading cross-functional teams.
